  5. Arrollar la masa y cortar en 2 partes y dar forma de bollo, dejar fermentar nuevamente 15 minutos, colocar en molde de papel y hacer presiĂłn con el bollo de masa en el fondo del mismo. Tapar y dejar fermentar hasta que llegue al borde del molde, pintar con huevo y realizar un corte en forma de cruz.

Cocinar al horno a 180°con vapor(esto quiere decir que vamos a poner una ollita de aluminio o algĂșn jarrito en el piso del horno abajo del pan dulce con agua) durante 45 minutos aproximadamente, estĂĄ listo cuando al introducir un palito Ă©ste sale seco, pintar con almĂ­bar y decorar con frutas secas o almendras y nueces
