- Al cabo de ese tiempo, estirar con cuidado y agregar las frutas, frutos secos etc. Enrollar como si fuera un pionono y luego amasar así se dispersan bien. Luego colocar en un molde de kilo, o dividir en dos de medio kilo y dejar que duplique su tamaño o que crezca hasta el borde del molde, no más que eso porque en el horno sigue creciendo y se puede desbordar
- Hornear en horno precalentado a 170- 80°c por 30/50 minutos dependiendo el tamaño, o ir viendo cuando se pone doradito por arriba, introducir un palillo, si sale limpio ya esta, no abran el horno antes para que no se nos baje
- Una vez frío, decorar y dejar secar a temperatura ambiente
