  1. Masa Madre: Colocamos todos los ingredientes juntos e integramos bien. (Lo mejor es hacerla 3hs antes de usarla)

Una vez integrada la manteca dejamos leudar 20 min.
  4. Una vez leudada le agregamos el relleno. Esta masa pesa aproximadamente 1 1/2kg más o menos.
  5. Por lo tanto salen 3 de 1/2kg, 15 de 100gr, 6 de 250gr, 2 de 750gr. Los dividimos, bollamos y dejamos leudar de 40 min a 1hs, pintamos con huevo y llevamos a horno precalentado a 180°c hasta dorar
