  3. Una vez ya leudada, desgasificar y colocar los chips y nueces, formar un chorizo para luego cortar en 4 partes y formar los 4 bollos.
  4. Colocar cada bollo en cada molde, dejar leudar nuevamente 40 minutos (en lugar cálido) y luego pincelar con huevo batido.
  5. Llevarlos a horno bajo (precalentado) aproximadamente 20 o 30 minutos. Al sacarlos, dejarlos enfriar y decorar con glasé.
