Instructions to make Pan dulce❣️:
- Poner la harina en una bandeja, hacer un hueco en el centro y colocar la levadura desgranada, los huevos, el azúcar, las esencias, la miel, el extracto, la manteca y por último la leche.
- Unir todo, una vez bien integrado todo, amasar durante 15 minutos. Luego del amasado dejar leudar en un lugar cálido hasta que la masa duplique su volumen.
- Una vez ya leudada, desgasificar y colocar los chips y nueces, formar un chorizo para luego cortar en 4 partes y formar los 4 bollos.
- Colocar cada bollo en cada molde, dejar leudar nuevamente 40 minutos (en lugar cálido) y luego pincelar con huevo batido.
- Llevarlos a horno bajo (precalentado) aproximadamente 20 o 30 minutos. Al sacarlos, dejarlos enfriar y decorar con glasé.
