Per prima cosa preparate la frolla, prendete la farina e il burro, lavorateli velocemente finchè avranno una consistenza "sabbiosa", ora aggiungete l'uovo e il tuorlo, lo zucchero, il lievito e il sale, lavorate velocemente sino ad amalgamare il tutto e poi chiudete nella pellicola e fate riposare almeno un'oretta.   2. Una volta che la frolla ha riposato stendetela a circa mezzo centimetro di spessore e poi utilizzando degli stampini tagliate i vostri biscotti, metteteli su un foglio di carta forno e infornate a 170-180° per 25 minuti circa.
  3. Mentre i biscotti cuociono preparate le glasse colorate, mettete in ogni ciotolina circa 1/4 dello zucchero a velo e aggiungete 1/2 cucchiaio di acqua in ogni ciotola, mescolate fino ad ottenere una crema di consistenza morbida, a questo punto colorate ogni ciotola con un colore diverso (in questo caso verde, marrone, nero e una bianca).
  4. Preparate anche la crema al burro, montando il burro morbido con lo zucchero a velo, in ultimo colorate di verde.
  5. Una volta cotti i biscotti fateli raffreddare bene e poi procedete alla glassatura.
  6. Riponeteli in frigorifero 10 minuti per far solidificare poi procedete alle decorazioni…
  7. Utilizzate la crema al burro verde per fare il prato e guarnire l'albero…
