  3. Let the zarda cool..use back of the spoon to over turn the zarda so that u don't get any lumps in the rice..then add the crushed mawa to it (note: use fresh mawa) mix with the back of the spoon…
  4. Garnish with the baby gulab jamuns and serve… do not refrigerate..even if u refrigerate then before serving heat in a microwave for 30 secs.
