- Cover it and cook them until chicken and potatoes are tender
- Chicken is tender but they should not be completely dry there should be some gravy left!
- Boil water and add whole garam masala and salt
- After boiling add soaked rice and 3/4 done
- Just strain it
- Put the tawa on flame and put the pan on tawa and half rice pour it in pan
- Spread out cooked chicken in rice
- Again pour remaining rice and zarda colour
- And dam alteast 15 minutes
