- Con la papa machacada dar forma a un “platito” ponerle el relleno sin exagerar en la cantidad, una rodaja de huevo y tapar con otra parte de papa armando una bola.
- Empapar cada relleno con la mezcla del rebozado completamente y pasarlo a la olla con aceite caliente para freír.
- Una vez tengan un color doradito en todos lados (entre 8 a 10 min de cocción) retirar del aceite y dejar reposar en papel absorbente. Finalmente preparar una ensalada al gusto de acompañamiento y emplatar.
