- Volcar la mezcla en el molde, espolvoreando por encima la almendra molida apartada.
- Calentar horno a 200 grados con calor aire y por abajo
- Meter durante 35-40 minutos hasta que al pinchar cuchillo salga semi limpio. Sacar del horno para que no se seque/queme. Si el tiempo pasa y empieza a quemarse la cubierta sin hacerse por dentro bajar a 150 grados o incluso apagar sin sacar un rato.
