- Versare il composto liquido nella ciotola con gli ingredienti secchi e mescolare bene, in modo che tutto sia ben rivestito.
- Distribuire la granola su una teglia rivestita di carta forno, cercando di livellare il più possibile e di formare uno strato liscio e non troppo spesso.
- Cuocere in forno preriscaldato a 160 gradi (statico) per 30-40 minuti, mescolando e rigirando la granola ogni 10 minuti per farla dorare uniformemente.
- Tirare fuori e unire anche i semi di zucca e le noci pecan, quindi proseguire la cottura per altri 10-15 minuti fino a quando anche semi e noci saranno dorati.
- Sfornare e lasciare raffreddare completamente prima di riporre la granola in un contenitore ermetico.
- NOTE: la purea di zucca si ottiene facilmente facendo cuocere in forno degli spicchi di zucca con tutta la buccia, ben distanziati su una teglia, a 190-200 gradi fino a quando non saranno asciutti e coloriti al di fuori e anche apparentemente un po' "rinsecchiti". Basterà, una volta freddi, ricavare la polpa e frullarla! La cottura in forno, infatti, aiuta a eliminare l'acqua contenuta nella zucca e a preservarne al tempo stesso la dolcezza.
