  5. Stendere uno dei due dischi di impasto in uno stampo (diametro 22cm) facendolo aderire ai bordi.
  6. Disporvi le mele formando una cupola.

  8. Spennellare con dell'acqua la cupola di pasta e spennellare con dello zucchero.
  9. Praticare qualche foro al centro e mettere l'apple pie in forno pre riscaldato a 30 gradi, poi abbassare subito la temperatura a 190 gradi. Cuocere per 40-45 minuti.
