- When rice are soft.drained & keep aside.
- Make sugar syrup. - 1/2 cup water and 1/2 kg sugar.let it cook over medium flame till full sugar dissolve & syurup is made.
- Heat ghee in a big pot. Add green cardamom let it pop. Add boiled rice in ghee.add prepared sugar syrup in rice.mix rice well.keep heat medium.let the water of syrup dries up.
- When all water is absorbed, add muraba & dryfruits.keep at dam over low flame tillbserving.you can add khoya at this time or add in zarda before serving.
- Serve mazedar shahi zarda & enjoy with Cookpad.
