Versare le ciliegie avendo cura di non versare il liquido delle ciliegie.Porre la teglia in frigorifero e prendere la pasta avanzata e preparare 12 strisce metterle sulla torta incrociandole
  4. Sbattere il tuorlo con il latte e spennellare la pasta per lucidarla con l’uovo sbattuto con il latte e infornare per circa un’ora in forno preriscaldato a 170 gradi C
