Instructions to make Baked Lasagna:
  1. For Chicken : - Chciken boneless -1/2 kg (boiled and shredded) - Capsicum- 3 medium sized (cut in cubes) - Crushed red chilli- 1 tbsp - Black pepper- 1 tsp - Salt- 1/2 tsp or to taste - Chilli sauce- 2 tbsp - Soy sauce- 2 tbsp - White vinegar- 1 tsp - White pepper- 1/2 tsp (optional) - Mixed herbs - to taste Firstly, Take a pan and add 2-3 tbsp oil and add chicken and stir fry then add crushed chilli, black pepper, salt, chill sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and mix them all. Then cover it for 10 mins.
  2. To Boil Lasagna: - Lasagna sheets- As required - Salt- 1 tsp - Oil- 1 tbsp Then take a pan and add water in it. When it boils then add salt and oil in it and mix it. Then add lasagna sheets and let it boil till it softens. Then drain and was them with cold water.
  3. For white sauce: - All purpose flour- 1 tbsp - Salt- 1/2 tsp - Black/white pepper- 1/2 tsp - Milk- 1 glass - Oil/butter- 2 tbsp - Mixed Herbs- optional Take a pan and add 2 tbsp oil/butter in it. Then add all purpose flour and mix it well. Then add milk in it and mix it thoroughly with a beater to remove it's lumps. Then add salt and black/white pepper in it and cook it until it become thick.
  4. Assembling : Grease the dish and add lasagna sheets on the bottom. Then add white sauce on it. Then add chicken mixture and then add mozarella and chedder cheese on the top. Then again place lasagna sheets and repeat the process. - Then Bake it in a perheated oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. - Or bake it in a pateela with a wire rack inside it and cover it for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.
