- Take 600 g macarrão para Yakisoba (Caso não tenha o já frito, após o cozimento do macarrão, frite-o para que ele fique selado para não absorver todo o molho)
- Prepare Molhos e Azeites
- Take 9 colheres óleo de gergelim
- Prepare Shoyo
- Make ready 1 Molho para Yakisoba (Para fazer o molho, toma-se muito tempo, aconselho comprar feito)
- Take 6 colheres azeite

Instructions to make Yakisoba:
- Refogar as carnes de frango e bovina com 3 colheres de azeite e 3 de óleo de gergilim.
- Ferver 1/2 litro de água e colocar os camarões descongelados e limpos por 30 segundos
- Refogar os legumes com 3 colheres de azeite e 3 colheres de óleo de gergilim, começando pelo pimentão e cebolas, deixando-os "ao dente" e colocar os demais legumes, tampar a panela para cozinhar por 5 minutos fogo baixo.
- Pegar uma panela grande, colocar o molho de Yakisoba e acrescentar a mesma quantidade de água. Acrescentar 5 colheres de shoyo e 3 colheres de óleo de gergelim. Acrescentar os legumes e as carnes e reservar. Caso a quantidade de molho fique insuficiente ou queira mais molho, acrescente a mesma quantidade de molho e água.
- Cozinhe o macarrão "ao dente", escorra e junte ao demais ingredientes reservados. Caso necessite sal, acrescente mais shoyo.
