  4. Off the flame and let it cool at room temperature. - Then Keep in fridge for an hour
  5. Now cut the sides of bread and cut into two pieces. - Now heat ghee In a pan and deep fry bread slices on medium flame till crispy golden brown.
  6. Remove it on a kitchen paper napkin to absorb excess oil. - Now peel the bananas cut into pieces and churn it.
  7. Combine the banana puree with rabdi and mix it well. - Now take a square shape dish to assemble #ShahiTukda_Lasagna.
  8. Firstly spread 2-3 tbsp of banana rabdi at the base. - Drizzle some Strawberry crush over it.
  9. Now cover rabdi with the bread pieces. - Again put a layer of Banana Rabdi drizzle strawberry crush.
  10. Again put a layer of bread pieces then banana rabdi drizzle strawberry crush.
  11. Make 2-3 layers as per your choice. - Now garnish with chopped dry fruits and keep it in fridge for 5-6 hours till it is set. - Served chilled.
