Versate gradualmente il latte filtrato e cuocete su fuoco basso fino a ottenere una salsa densa. Aggiustate di sale e pepe. Versate i pezzi di filetto cotti nella salsa, insieme alle code di mazzancolle pulite ancora crude.
  4. Unite il pesce al purè. Imburrate dei pirottini e riempite. Cuocete la fish pie in forno preriscaldato a 180 °C per circa 20 minuti, o fin quando la superficie è ben dorata.
