- Por otro lado saltee la cebolla y el rocoto para uno de los dos rellenos.
- Una vez tuve todo armado, agarre dos arepas (de las primeras) y armé sándwiches de jamón y queso, y de cebolla y queso. Las arepas más gruesas, las abrí al medio y las rellene con los mismos dos rellenos.
- Las armé en una pizzera y precalente el horno para darle temperatura a todo junto y que el queso se derrita.
- La conclusión es que no me gustó la masa de arepas, pero las tenía que probar.
