  8. Place pasta over tomato sauce followed by ricotta cheese, turkey, sausage, mozzarella and tomato sauce. Repeat.
  9. Once you've reached the top of the pan cover the top with mozzarella and place in the oven for 1 hour or until cheese is melted and lightly golden.
