- Infine spegnere il fuoco e far riposare 10 minuti. Intanto che il riso cuoce preparare la salsa da versare sopra con aceto di riso zucchero e sale mettere sul fuoco amalgamare e spegnere prima che bolla. Trascorsi i 10 minuti di riposo del riso mettere sopra questo composto (aceto di riso ecc) girarlo con delicatezza nfine lasciarlo raffreddare e condirlo a piacimento.
