Reserve.

Num refratário (35 cm x 25 cm) untado com manteiga, coloque: - metade das fatias de berinjelas fritas - 50 g de batatas chips - Metade da carne moída cozida - a outra metade das fatias de berinjelas fritas - 50 g de batatas chips - e a outra metade da carne moída cozida. - Cubra com o creme bechamel pronto e salpique queijo parmesão ralado por cima.
  7. Leve para gratinar em forno pré-aquecido a 180ºC por 25 minutos ou até dourar.
