Cuando estén todas listas armar y freír una a una, para esto echamos un huevo en un recipiente que tenga poco para facilitar echarlo en la arepa, echarle sal al gusto al huevo, hacer una pequeña abertura a la arepa por la parte que se soplo con un cuchillo y luego verter el huevo en la arepa. Lego colocar la arepa nuevamente en el aceite caliente poco a poco hasta colocarla totalmente dentro del aceite.
  4. Dejar gritar dos minutos, voltear y dejar freír otro minuto y sacar, colocar sobre papel absorbente y a disfrutar de una deliciosa arepa.
