- Then fry this mixture in a round shape like a ball with the help of spoon in medium heat,if it looks brown then strain the balas in strainer to drain excessive oil or swap with tissues.
- Now soak in plan water for 30 min.
- Now beat any tetra ppak cream and thick curd,add sugar and salt to taste and chill this curd and cream in refrigerator 4 30 min
- Now add the balas after squeezing in cream mixture,chill it for 4 to 6 hours
- Now serve with green mint chutney,imlee ki chutneys and chaat masala
