  2. Phir oil dalen patili mein 1Cup oosmain lehsan adrak 2tbl Spoon dalen or oos mein ghoast dalen oos mein masala haleem ka daal kar bhoon ke pani daal dain ghoast gal jaye atna jab ghoast gal jaye to botyon ko grind kar lain
  3. Jo dalen or baqi cheese bhigoyi thi oos ko as required salt or oil daal kar boil kar lain gal jaye to ghota lagalain mota mota rakhna hai
  4. Phir is daalon walen patili main jo qorma bnaya tha or boti ke raishe daal kar mix karen or achi tarah mila lain
  5. Fri pan main ghee dalen oos main pyaz daal kar brown kar lain or ye tarka dalen or chamche se mix karen ooper se garnishing kar lain or mze se khayen roti se ya spoon se delicious 👍
