  3. Amasamos todo bien mezclado con las manos.
  4. Yo coloco todos los ingredientes en platos al lado para ir decorándolos.
  5. Ahora hacemos bolitas con la masa.
  6. Vamos pasando las bolitas por el gusto deseado… piñones, almendras, coco. Y colocamos en la bandeja del horno.
  7. El horno lo pondremos a 170°C. Introducimos la bandeja primero abajo 5 min y después de 8 a 10 min arriba. Aunque solo tengan un toque dorado los sacamos, así nos aseguramos que la masa después de no se quede dura. Y con las claras a punto de nieve los pintamos un poco.
  8. Y aquí nuestros ricos panellets.
