- Vamos sacando masa poco a poco por un extremo y haciendo bolas no muy grandes.
- En un bol, batimos un poco las yemas y añadimos los piñones para que se queden pegados a los panellets. Con las manos, vamos dándoles forma hasta que queden bien cubiertos.
- En la bandeja del horno, colocamos papel de hornear y lo pintamos con aceite con ayuda de un pincel. Vamos colocando los panellets ya cubiertos de piñones.
- Precalentamos el horno a 180º y horneamos durante unos 8-10 minutos hasta que cojan un color dorado. Antes de meterlos al horno, podemos darles una pincelada con yema de huevo.
