- El de piñones poner los piñones previamente bañados en yema y secados en papel para que se peguen y cocer a 240º C durante 8 min con calor arriba encima de dos papeles de horno.
- Los de almendra poner la almendra y hacer forma alargada.
- Los de sabores formar las bolitas y cocer a 240º C durante 5 min
