- Incorporamos el moniato a la mezcla anterior y lo vamos amasando hasta conseguir una masa homogénea pegajosa
- Luego vamos formando bolitas y las vamos pasando por piñones, otras con almendra troceada, con café y cacao en polvo
- Luego las pasamos por huevo batido y lo ponemos en una bandeja de horno con papel vegetal
- Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados y ponemos la bandeja al medio con calor arriba y abajo unos 7 a 10 min ir controlando
