  2. Mezclar el boniato con el azúcar chafarlo con el tenedor, añadir poco a poco e ir mezclando la almendra molida y la ralladura del limón a de quedar una masa compacta
  3. Está masa se guarda en la nevera tapada hasta el día siguiente (mínimo 6 horas)
  4. Al día siguiente se coge la masa y se forman pequeñas bolitas. Unas irán con piñones rebozadas, otras con trocitos de almendra, otras rebozadas con coco y con coco en la masa. Otras con una almendra entera en el centro.Otras con cacao en la masa y rebozadas de coco
  5. Poner en una bandeja de horno.Pintar las bolitas con yema de huevo batido.
  6. Introducir en el horno precalentado a 170 grados hasta que estén bien doraditos. Ya me contareis si os gustan 😗
