- 3 ore circa prima di infornare tirare fuori i panetti per farli stemperare, appunto far passare circa 3 ore per poi infornare in forno statico già preriscaldato alla temperatura massima, (non superare i 325 gradi)
- Infornare la pizza con solo la mozzarella tutti gli altri ingredienti andranno a fine cottura
