- Stir fry khoya in a pan until it gets pinkish in colour
- Heat ghee in a pot and add cloves
- Add vermicelli to the pot with heated oil,stir until vermicelli gets golden
- Add 3 1/2 cups of water to the pot and cook for 15,20 minutes or till tender
- Mix khoya and vermicelli
- Take another pan and add 1 cup of water and heat.add sugar and 1 tspn orange food colour in the pan and prepare syrup
- Syrup and vermicelli and stir well to avoid clotting lastly add crushed cardamom and saffron and cook for 5 more minute
- Serve in a dish and garinsh with with khoya almonds and silver leaf
See if water is dried fully, stir with spoon, add khoya and broken qalaqand.
