- Friggere in abbondante olio senza bucare la graffa altrimenti penetra all'interno l' olio.
- Decorare:versare in un piatto lo zucchero e la cannella e mescolare con un cucchiaio. Cospargete le graffe con abbondante zucchero e cannella,quando saranno ancora calde, così da far attaccare lo zucchero
